When my exhaust started blowing on my ageing Audi A8 today , I was quoted £1000 for a new system or £200 of welding at a regular garage (who mentioned exhaust-a-fix). I called the scrapyard and prepared for public transport ……….. but out of interest gave them a call. I was absolutely overjoyed at the solution offered at a fraction of the cost of the replacement. The work was done quickly and the service was friendly and professional. They even took time to point out a couple of other issues with the car that i should have a look at. I have already recommended exhaust-a-fix to several people and they will be my first point of call in future. Thanks – you have kept me out of the train and my car out of the scrapyard….

I can recommend this company to all, but especially as a specialist needed for those of us who have older vehicles with little value but potentially expensive repair bills. They gave advice and resolved my problems at a fraction of the cost that I would have incurred had I followed the usual repairers route.
I have a 12 year old Audi A6 2.7T Quattro Avant and had a blowing flexi on one side. The genuine Audi parts for one side only of a new front system including the flexi, CAT, manifold etc are about £750 plus VAT plus fitting.
Exhaust-A-Fix cut out both flexis and welded new ones in at a very reasonable cost. They also pointed out a further developing fault on the system and advised that perhaps I should look out for a good second hand system – which I found through EBay (at Nirro Ltd, specialist VW/Audi breakers – 0208 594 7277 who I would also recomend) and which they fitted for me again at a reasonable cost. I now have a renovated system at a fraction of the cost that I would have paid through the normal route. There is always an alternative to fitting expensive new parts. I am grateful to Exhaust-A-Fix for the professionalism, technology, advice and service provided and am recommending them to all especially those who have older vehicles, which they cherish, as a good company to solve your exhaust problems.

Great service. One of the brackets on my Vectra’s original 9 year old exhaust had snapped off the CAT. Thought I’d need a new CAT, and two other fast-fit places said I did. Then Exhaust A Fix were recommended by a friend. 15 minutes later, and only £15 lighter, a new bracket was attached (welded?) to the exhaust and I was on my way. Well worth the 100 mile round trip to get it sorted! Will recommend to people. Five star service. Could not fault at all

i own a citroen dispatch van,the cheapest exhaust i was quoted was nearly £200 pound more than they charged,they done a great job and all in good time,i would recommend them to anybody,thanks a lot

thanks for our new exhaust that you sorted for us, ( vw t4 camper )we did whitby on less than£15 ,diesel and birk brow in 3rd&4th both not possible before, and no fumes in the van . the old pipes must of been a right bodge?5***** service, the dealer had it for 14 full days before handing it over to you . but it was under warranty so we only missed out on some sunny week-ends.thanks again .

thanks for our new exhaust that you sorted for us, our t4 vw camper has a new lease of life , we did whitby on less than £15.00 diesel,and birk brow in 3rd &4th both unknown before, the old one must of been a right bodge,, great job, even more so when you think the dealer had it for 14days before handing it over to you , 5*service.

Excellent service and very proffesional staff, Excellent value for money and top quality workmanship,
Saved me a fortune repairing my exhaust instead of paying for dealer only parts for my ford mondeo st.
Highly recomend this garage to all and hope they open a branch in Sunderland.
They now have a customer who will be spreading the word and I will be a customer for as long as I own a car.

I own a motorhome based on a Fiat Ducato chassis. Thought the cheapest way to get a new exhaust would be through the internet. Bought one for £300 – cheapest I could find for my model. Of course it was totally wrong. Was recommended Exhaust Afix by Neashams of Richmond. Having a purpose built exhaust I was expecting a premium price. Was really impressed when they crafted me a really well made exhaust for £150. Did the whole job in 2 hours, just long enough to take my lad swimming at the Dolphin Centre!

If you own a motorhome and find that you need a custom made exhaust, you will find no company, quicker, more capable or cheaper – even if you buy the exact model you need off the internet. Brilliant service. Thank you.
