Why not? Because the answer to the first question is nearly always "Yes, bring it down" and the second question is impossible to answer as there''s always some little detail missing from the email.

Secondly, Steve our glorious leader, thinks that computers are the work of the devil and checks his email on full moons only, so you might wait a while for a reply. However, feel free to send an email for any other messages you may have.
